A spot on recipe for Corky's Dry Rub.

1 teaspoon cayenne
3 tablespoons Kosher salt
3 tablespoons course black pepper
2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons marjoram
6 tablespoons cumin
4 tablespoons allspice
6 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons garlic powder
4 teaspoons celery salt
4 tablespoons chili powder

Mix all ingredients together. This measurements will coat approximately two large racks of ribs.
