Recipe from: Cayman Designs
1 6 ounce can orange juice concentrate, thawed
½ cup Heinz 57 Steak Sauce
¼ cup dry sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients. Use to marinate beef for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. While cooking beef, heat marinade to a boil; serve with beef.
