Serve with fresh vegetables and a fried or grilled fish.
3 to 4 phrik ki nu daeng
3 cloves garlic
2 salted eggs, hard boiled
2 tablespoons lime juice
½ tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Pound garlic and chiles together and add salted eggs. Pound until blended well, then season with sugar, lime juice, and fish sauce. Mix well.
