4 bell peppers (red, green and yellow), deseeded and cored
6 coriander roots (rak pak chi) well crushed
4 cloves of garlic (kratiem) well crushed
2 cups minced meat
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon coriander leaves (bai pak chi)
salt to taste
In a bowl, combine the crushed coriander roots and garlic along with the minced meat, black pepper powder and soy sauce. Mix well and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Stuff the bell peppers with the minced meat and steam for about 30 minutes. In a serving dish, make four slices of each bell pepper and arrange them well. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves accompanied with cabbage wedges.
