½ pound lean pork
2 cloves garlic
1 ½ tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ long beans
½ cup of chicken stock
oil
Slice the pork into bite size pieces. Finely chop the clove of garlic. Cut the beans into 1 inch pieces
Pour a little oil into the wok and heat. Stir-fry the garlic until golden brown. Add the pork and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the fish sauce, oyster sauce and black pepper. Stir-fry for 1 minute, adding the chicken stock. Add the long beans. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour the mixture onto a serving dish and serve with rice.
