1 pound pork belly, cut into 1 inch strips
¼ cup cooking oil
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
⅓ cup nam pla
¼ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
Heat a medium frying pan and add the oil. Add the pork and all the other ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and cover the pan. Simmer for 15 minutes, until the pork is tender.
