10 tiger prawns
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon cilantro roots, chopped
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon finely chopped spring shallot
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
Shell, wash and vien the prawns and arrange on a plate. Mix garlic and cilantro root with soy sauce and oyster sauce, then pour over the prawns.
After the water begins to boil, place the plate of prawns in the steamer. Steam about five minutes, remove, sprinkle with spring shallots and pepper and serve.
