7 ounces sliced ham, cut into ½ inch by 1 inch pieces
1 ½ ounce muli-purpose flour
⅓ cup water
vegetable oil
In a mixing bowl, mix the flour with water coat the ham with the batter Deep fly in a hot oil until golden.
