1 cup dried pandanus leaves, finely choped
5 cups water
1 cup sugar
Bring water to a boil. Add dried pandanus leaves to the boiling water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour the pandanus juice through a filter to separate the leaves. Add sugar and stir until the sugar is well dissovled. Serve with crushed ice.
