Tom Phak Kat Dong Kap Kraduk Mu (Pickled Mustard Greens with Spareribs) ต้มผักกาดดองกับกระดูกหมู

Servings: 4

6 cups cold water
1 pound lean pork spareribs, cut into 2 inch lengths
3 cloves garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon whole peppercorns, crushed
½ teaspoon salt
1 pound pickled Chinese mustard greens, cut into 2 inch lengths 1
2 tablespoons nam pla

Bring the water to the boil over medium heat and add the spareribs, garlic, peppercorns and salt. Cover, and reduce heat to low, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in the greens and nam pla. Continue to cook over low heat until the meat is tender, about 25 minutes. Serve while hot.
