Phit-saa Tom Yam Kung (Spicy Prawn Pizza) พิซซาต้มยำกุ้ง

Servings: 6 to 8

1 loaf French bread, thinly sliced
20 small prawns, boiled
2 squid, boiled and cut into small pieces
7 ounces straw mushrooms, boiled and cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons instant "tom yum" paste
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoons sugar
½ cup cilantro leaves
½ cup prik ki nu daeng, cut into strips
4 kaffir lime leaves, thinly chopped
½ cup mayonnaise

In a small mixing bowl, mix together instant "tom yum" paste, lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar. Spread the "tom yum" mixture on each slice of bread. Top with pieces of prawn, squid, mushroom, kaffir lime leave, coriander leaves, fresh chillies, and a little mayonnaise. Bake at 400°F until golden and crispy.
