100 grams fillet of saltwater fish, cooked in a steamer
20 grams potatoes, cut into long pieces
20 grams carrots, cut into long pieces
20 grams fresh roselle
20 grams baby corn, cut into long pieces
2 tablespoons lemon juice
5 large prik ki nu
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon nam pla
½ teaspoon sugar
Boil the potatoes, carrots, fresh roselle and baby corn until just cooked, set on the plate with the cooked fish. In the mortar, pound the garlic and chiles. Season with the lemon juice, fish sauce, and sugar. Pour the dressing on the cooked fish and serve.
