1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
4 to 6 fresh prik ki nu, pounded and finely chopped
5 tablespoon nam pla
2 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon palm sugar
Mix all the ingredients together. Stir until the palm sugar is well dissolved.
Note:
Usually accompanied with various seafood dishes like Pla Pao (Charcoal-broiled Fish), Pla Muek Yang (Barbequed Squid), Pu Neung (Steamed Crabs), and other charcoal-broiled seafood.
