Recipe from: Thai Folk dot Com
back bone pork
tomatoes
onion
rosa sauce (tomato sauce)
salt
sugar
ground pepper
butter.
Cut pork into palm-size pieces, then mingled with some salt and pepper. Add some wheat flour while mingling, put it in a bowl, then set aside. Fry the marinated pork until it becomes golden, then keep the fried pork in a pot.
Put in tomatoes and onion that are already fried with butter into the pot. Also add some salt, sugar, and Rosa sauce into the pot.
Add some water then put the pot on light heat. Simmer the mixture until slightly dried and the pork are well softened. Blend the flavor until satisfied. Put the pork on a plate, nicely decorated with steamed vegetables such as cabbage, potatoes, and green peas.
This recipe can be served with both rice and bread.
