8 ounces Thai broccoli — also known as Chinese brocoli, Chinese Kale, or "Gai Lan" in Chinese grocery stores
13 ounces babycorn
3½ ounces mushrooms
3 spring onions
3 clove garlic
oil
2 tablespoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons sherry
Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Cut babycorn into halves. Cut mushrooms into halves. Cut spring onions into 1 inch long pieces. Chop garlic.
Heat oil in a wok or a pan. Add garlic and spring onions and stir-fry for one minute. Add vegetables and continue to stir-fry for five minutes. Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and sherry.
