Chicken with Sherry

Servings: 5 to 6

3 pounds cut up chicken
4 tablespoons sherry
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, well mashed

Combine meat and all ingredients together. Let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour. Charcoal broil over medium fire until done or cook in the oven at 325°F for 1 hour.

Serve with bread and Western style salad, if desired, or with sticky rice.
