2 pounds beef loin or tenderloin thinly sliced crosswise
1 pound. ground pork or ground chicken
2 to 3 ounces crab meat, canned, fresh or frozen
⅓ cup mushrooms, fresh or canned finely chopped
Season beef slices with 1 teaspoon Cognac
Combine pork or chicken, crab meat, mushrooms and spice. Heat pan, add 2 tablespoons oil and cook the meat for 15 min. When it's done put 2 tablespoons oil and cook the meat mixture into slices of beef and roll up. Charcoal grill or bake in the oven at 300°F for 30 minutes. Serve alone or with lettuce (bib or romaine) and nước mắm (fish sauce).
