¼ cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
1 medium red chili, finely chopped
1 lime, cut into wedges and squeezed
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add a squeeze of fresh lime to taste.
