Papaya Tomatillo Salsa

1 small red onion, diced finely
1 small papaya, cubed
1/2 pound tomatillos, cubed
1/2 whole jalapenos, minced
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 fluid ounces apple cider vinegar

Combine and mix. Serves 10.
