Salsa for Canning [ canned ] 10 cups tomatoes 1 1/4 cups cider vinegar 5 cups bell pepper, chopped 3 garlic cloves or more 5 cups onions, chopped 3 teaspoons salt 2 1/2 cups chopped, seeded hot pepper 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes. Ladle in hot jars. Process 15 minutes.
