• FieldWorker
  FieldWorker is a program linking any handheld computer in the Newton family to any Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver for the purpose of collecting location tagged data, and exporting the field data to any desktop computerfor use in any spreadsheet, database or GIS system.

  A professional GPS satellite based moving map navigation system with a lot of helpful functions such as route plannung, a database, history track, or mission recording. The system supports both scanned and vector type maps with any scale. • GPS Map
  GPS Map and GPS Map Lite are GPS and moving map based navigation solutions for Apple Newton, supporting both NOS 1.x and 2.x. Due to their adaptive driver implementation the applications connect to almost every GPS device supporting the NMEA 183 data protocol. A user may produce his own maps for the system by either scanning a paper based map or even drawing his own vector map. The system supports any map scale and map projection with an accuracy of better than 2 pixels. All map specific tools are included for either MacOS or Windows.

  GPS Monitor is a small freeware application designed for checking GPS satellite navigation receivers for compatibility with GPS Map. and GPS Map Lite., the professional, moving map based navigation applications running on Apple Newton

• MapPad
  Mobile Mapping with Newton and GPS. Available as car navigation unit or advanced data capture with DGPS for asset mapping. Special add on applications eg. geological mapping. Available as total system or software only.
• PocketGIS
  PocketGIS is a fully featured Geographical Information System (GIS) for Newton OS based devices. It can support the display, capture and update of geographical data and associated attributes. PocketGIS can be connected to a GPS receiver fo data capture and location tracking. A connection utility handles the exchange of map data between the Newton device and GIS database and file formats. PocketGIS is fully customisable which makes it an ideal platform for mobile GIS application.
• TeleType GPS
  Software for small computers such as hand helds, palmtops, organizers, and PDA's which allows you to display your location while driving or flying. TeleType GPS brings the precision of global positioning satellites to your own palmtop computer or personal assistant.
