The Radivan universe is a GURPS Space setting. It has been used for several 3E campaigns. I am currently in the process of converting to 4E, in preparation for a game to be played by posting on the SJGames forums.
The technological level of the setting is generally hard TL10, tempered by my disagreements with the assumptions of GURPS Ultra-Tech. The only superscience is the Choi drive, which provides wormhole-based FTL travel. In many areas, there is a strong lingering prejudice against bio tech as a result of the various disasters that the mis-application of bio-tech has caused.
The Catacombs takes place in a sector with the same name. It's an area unusually dense with wormholes, and unusually sparse with connections to the broader galaxy.
