A photoblog with weekly pictures of tools (mostly) presented as identification puzzles. Many are old or obscure (a number of typewriter assembly and adjustment tools, for example), some are common but closely cropped or only one part is shown.

A blog about cool tee-shirts available online. Cool Ts are hard to find, so anything that helps locate them is a boon.

Lots of good stuff here, some new, some old. Highlights include making a digital camera out of a scanner, and building a fire-extinguisher based "ultimate water gun" but there's lots more here.

Kempa - You're in a penny arcade...
This blog covers old and obscure media. There is a lot about the technology of records and record players: laser turntables, multigrove vinyl, fun with liner notes, etc; but also lego mosaics, bottle cap art, and other oddness.

A group blog chaired by Mr X Radiographer which deals with obsolete, esoteric, and historical technology. [Disclaimer: I am an occaisional contributor.]

More of an advocacy site for overpass free speech than a true blog, still a nice collection of encouragement and albums of photographed messages.

A blog from a food services worker at McMundo Station, Antartica.

A (text only) blog from a British prostitute. Remember prostitutes are hip and cool, but hos are just sex-workers.

A collection of blogs from people ranting about software idiocy. Fun reading in the vein of the Unix-Haters list.

This Spanish language blog is not strictly a sex blog, but it touches on sexuality often enough that you might not want to read it from work. Music, art, culture, and computers are all topics of posts here which serve to highlight interesting sites, not discuss personal matters.

This blog by a trademark lawyer is usually worth a daily peek. Small blurbs about current trademark issues often with a witty remark.

A blog I find worth checking daily. The focus is current news and law cases involving Intellectual Property, particularly copyright and trademark issues.

cruel.com
Cruel.com is a site-a-day listing of quirky or odd pages presented
in a mean format. Many good surprises here, however.

boingboing
It is probably one of the most influential blogs on the
net, although it probably shouldn't be considered a 'blog' but
rather a collection of interesting links, albeit presented like
a blog.
Anyway, boingboing is a daily read for me.

Today Inside Pat Freestone ("Updated Almost Daily") is a humorous soap opera of a blog. The fictional movie store clerk engages in life or death drinking matches with his mom, gets abducted by aliens, and various other bizarre predicaments.
