At the bottom of the highway ramp on the Harlem River Drive. This area was once a favorite place for car thieves to dump stripped auto bodies. The only obstacle here now is a sea of broken glass - apparently tossed from the cars of passing motorists. Most pedestrian overpasses these days are fenced in to keep people from tossing things at the drivers - but how do you stop drivers from tossing things onto the Greenway?
