Apple will be posting Newton Package Installer for Windows 2.0 on
their web site next week. It is free and will allow you to download
packages from Win 95 and 3.1. It will only download packages to a
2.0 Newton device, so if you are using 1.x NOS you will need to use
the Win NPI 1.1 version.
