Here's the information we found on the name "Cethlenn."
The Dagda, Balor, and Cethlenn herself are mythical characters with great powers, so we can't assume that their names were used by humans. We were unable to find "Cethlenn" in our standard source for Irish names. All the other names starting with "Ceth" were male names.
