Here is the information we found about your name "Unna."

We found documentation for "Unna" as a Scandinavian name used from the 11th century at least to the 15th. (1,2,3) In period, this name would be pronounced with a short "u" sound, rather like "uh-na."

We also found documentation for "Úna," which was a popular name in late medieval Ireland. This name is pronounced with a long "u" sound, like "ooh-na."
