While names of Christian origin were fairly uncommon in the 13th century, we did find an example of between 1243 and 1341, as well as in 1380. There are at least two places named in Germany; one in Detmold in Nordrhein-Westfalen and one in Appenzell-Ausser Rhoden in Switzerland.
