Greetings from the Academy of S. Gabriel!

You wanted to know if <Jaquelinne de Radonvilliers> would be an
appropriate name for a French woman living between 1550 and 1600.
Here is the information we have found.

<Jaquelinne> and <Jaqueline> are both found in Paris in 1292. [1] We also
found one example of <Jaqueline> in 15th century Picardy. [3] While we did
not find explicit evidence that <Jaqueline> remained in use in the late
16th century, we did find a related name, <Jacquelle>, in 16th century
Normandy. [2] Based on this, we believe <Jaqueline> or <Jaquelinne> is a
fine choice for your name.

<Radonvilliers> is recorded in a number of different forms in the
Middle Ages [4]:

  Villare Radonis  1080
  Radonvillare     1104
  Villaradonis     1104
  Radonivillare    1114
  Radonis villare  1128
  Radonviler       1135

These examples show that the town did exist before 1600, and was known by
the same name.  By the 16th century, the modern spelling <Radonvilliers>
would probably be the most appropriate; <de Radonvilliers> is a fine byname
for a lady who was originally from Radonvilliers, but is now living in a
different town.
