We haven't able to dig up any information on Korean naming practices. One of our members has offered to do some research on them, but she's in the process of moving and won't be able to do so for a couple of months.
In the meantime, you could look in histories of Korea from your period and see if you can find a name in one of them that you could use--this is far from perfect, but it's the best source we know of.
If you wanted to use the name "Lucy," we can document it in many European languages.
