Here's the information we have on the names "Angaharet," "Aife," and "Lassar."
"Angaharet" sounds like it's intended to be a form of the Welsh name which is usually written "Angharad." Most of our examples of this name come from later in period, but we do have one 11th-century example, which is spelled "Acgarat." (1) This would be a reasonable early Welsh name.
"Aífe" (with an accent over the i) is found in many early Irish legends and stories. We don't have any examples of real humans who used the name, so we can't be sure that it's a historical name. "Lassar," on the other hand, is definitely a historical early Irish name. (2)
