Here's what we were able to find out about Mozarabic naming practices.
It appears that Mozarabs followed Spanish Christian naming practices. A collection of stories about Mozarabic martyrs from the 9th century shows that the Mozarabs used the same names as other Spanish Christians; while this is earlier than your period, it appears to be evidence of a general pattern.
