Here's the information we found on the name "Elina."

The only places we found examples of the name "Elina" were in late-period Norway (dated to 1479, 1381, 1439, and 1348) early-period France (where we found a reliable reference, but no dates). (1,2) "Helen/Ellen/HelenáElena" was a fairly common name across Western Europe, but we're not sure whether "Elina" would be a reasonable variant in other languages.
