Here's the information we found on the name "Sigrune Feenbach."
We were able to document the Norse name "Sigru/n," (1) and we suspect that "Sigrune" is an Anglicized form of this name. We didn't find a German form, but we found enough similar names that we believe one could exist. Based on our research, the most likely 12th-century form would be "Sigerunis" (with four syllables, "sig-e-roon-is.") "Sigrune" would be a plausible form for the 14th century, but not earlier.
We weren't able to find a name "Feenbach." "Fee" is a modern German word, but we couldn't find any period examples--we suspect that it's borrowed from French. The medieval German word for "ferry" is "Fehr" or "Fa:hr," and there are several names derived from it, such as "Fehrmann" and "Fehrmeister." We also found the name "Ferenbach," which is apparently unrelated. (2) ("bach" means "stream" in German, and it's a fairly common name element).
