Greetings,
Here's the information we found on the name "Tallulah" in Gaelic.
Unfortunately, "Tallulah" isn't a Gaelic name. It's derived from a Native American word for "running water" and is the name of a waterfall in Georgia. There is no evidence that it was used until the 19th century.
You probably found a reference to the Irish name "Tailefhlaith" (pronounced "TILL-e-lah.") In modern times, "Tallulah" is sometimes used as an equivalent. "Tailefhlaith" was a fairly common name for your period.
Tangwystl verch Morgant Glasvryn, Arval Benicouer, and Margaret Makafee contributed to this letter.
We hope this has been helpful. If you'd like help choosing a byname, or any other assistance, please let us know.
