Here's the information we found on your 10th-century Irish name.

You said you wanted a given name which sounded like "Dyna" or "Rita." We were able to find a couple of Irish names which sound like "Dyna." These include

These are all women's names which were used in medieval Ireland.

"Hillan" can be traced back, through several intermediate steps, to the patronymic "ó Fhaoláin," or "son of Faolán." You could use "ingen Fhaoláin," (pronounced roughly "IN-yen AY-linn"), which means "daughter of Faolán."

All together, you could use a name like "Dagain ingen Faoláin," which would be an excellent 10th-century Irish name.
