This is a very nice badge design. If the falcon's head and the lily are about the same size, there are no conflicts. Be careful that the outline of the lily does not overlap the outline of the falcon's head, such overlapping makes both charges hard to identify.
Please note that, in period, a person's badges were not usually derived from his or her arms, although a person's crest is occasionally used as a badge and vice versa.[1] The crest is the ornament adorning the top of the helmet in a full achievement of arms; the helmet, in its turn, sits atop the shield.
