Here's the information we have on your Gaelic name, "Tailefhlaith," and its pronunciation.
"Tuilelaith" is the modern spelling of "Tailefhlaith." Even though they look very different they're pronounced almost identically. "fh" in Gaelic is silent, and the "uíai" difference is minor. Whether you use the medieval or modern spelling, the pronunciation is "TILL-eh-lah." It isn't pronounced like "Tallulah." You could also consider the rarer name "Tuathflaith," which is pronounced "tuah-lah."
