Here's the information we found on your proposed arms, "Argent, a chevronel vert and in chief a natural rose fesswise proper distilling a goutte d'eau."
Many of our members are on SCAHRLDS and read the discussion of these arms on that group. According to their report, you're interested primarily in registering the arms you proposed, irrespective of whether they're appropriate for medeival heraldry. Assuming that's true, we don't think that we can offer too much in the discussion. You may be able to register your maker's mark in the SCA. However, we discuss medieval heraldry and it doesn't sound like medieval heraldry is your primary interest.
