Greetings from the Academy of Saint Gabriel!

You were interested in 14th century Basque feminine names.  Here are the
names we have found.  Not all of these are found in the 14th century, but
since our sources for Basque names are rather slim, we are listing all that
we have found.  If there is no date listed after the name, they are found in
undated, though medieval, documents. [1,2,3]

<Aldoncia> 1350
  This is originally of Germanic origin.

<Anderazo> 1350
  This is of Basque origin, containing <andere> "lady, woman of the house."

<Belascuza>
  This is a feminine derivative of <Belasco>.

<Belasquita> 1350
  This is of Basque origin, also a feminine derivative of <Belasco>, with
the Spanish diminutive suffix <-ita>.  <Bela> means "crow."

<C,inara> 1366
  The <C,> represents the c-cedilla, pronounced in this name as \ts\.

<Constanza> 1350

<Domeca beguy urdina>
  The nickname means "blue-eyes."  <Domeca> is probably from the Latin
feminine <Domitia>; if it is, then the <c> is pronounced \ts\.

<Domicussa>  1206
  This is probably a derivative of <Domeca> or perhaps of <Dominica>.  It
has the same prefix as <Belascuza>, listed above.

<Elvira Suberria>  13-14th c.
  The nickname means "new-hearth."  <Elvira> was a popular Hispano-Gothic
name.

<Emazteona>
  This literally means "good wife," but it was also used as a Basque given
name.

<Iuxta> 1350
  This appears to be a form of <Justa>.

<Jurdana> 1350
  This is from the feminine form of the Hebrew name <Jordan>.

<Justa> 1350
  This is probably from the Latin <Justus, Justa>.

<Leguntia> 1350
  This is probably from the Germanic <Leodegundia>.

<Mari/a> 1350

<Mencia> 1350
  The origin of this is uncertain; it could come from the Gallo-Latin name
<Mincius>, which may be contracted from <Minicius> or <Minucius>, or a
variant of <Minthius>.

<Oneca>
  This is an early version of <In~iga>, where the tilde represents a tilde
over the previous letter, a feminine form of <Inigo>.

<Ortissa> ca.1230
  This is possibly from <Ortiz>.

<Sancia>, <Sancha>, 1173, 1350
  This is from the Latin <Sanctia>; the masculine counterpart of this name
was very popular in Basque country, where it appears as <Santxo> and <Anso>.

<Toda> 1350
  This is probably a variant of <Tota>.  <Tota> was the name of a couple of
early queens in various Spanish kingdoms.

<Urraca> 1350
  This is from the Spanish <hurraca> "magpie," which is from the Latin
<furax> "thievish."

<Yenega> 1350
  This is a feminine of <Inigo>

<Ziannna> 1350
  We believe the triple 'n' in this name is probably a typo.
