It's really easy. The catalogue is just a text file. It is inside the !SmartCD+ application shell, so you can look there by holding down the Shift key and double-clicking the !SmartCD+ icon in a filer window (not on the icon bar). You will see a text file called 'Catalogue'; that's it.
To send the catalogue, please just attach it to an email or drop it directly into a message window. If you are familiar with compression utlities such as !Squash and !ArcFS then you could compress it to save transfer time.
