 v2.01 : Bug fix in the menu handler;

 v2.02 : Bug fix in the "memory ---> tape ---> user optimised" code;
         Better formatting in the tape inlay text area;

 v2.03 : Now checks everything (options permitting) in order to identify CDs;

 v2.04 : Two extra options allow data CD-ROMs to be auto-mounted and opened;

 v2.05 : New (optional) template set with no eject button (plus 'tool' item);
         Data CDs are now opened with correct names, as if 'clicked';
         Usage of the 'PREV' button extended to restart or step back tracks;
         'Tools --> List known CDs' now gives an alphabetical list;
         New setting for the 'fuzziness' of the 'fuzzy timecodes';

 v2.06 : A few changes to (hopefully) ruggedise for 'odd' hardware;
         Time icon now shows the total time when in 'Idle' mode;
         Clicking the bar icon with 'adjust' pauses & unpauses;
         New option for auto-play at boot up;

 v2.50 : Support for messages & interactive help (all windows and menus);
         Time (etc.) displays now use LEDs rather than the default font;
         Templates re-arranged slightly, now only two '22' sets (see !Run);
         It is now possible to pause an SLCD drive which was playing at boot;
         Interface to !CD2Tape added;
         Some SWI usage changed to avoid bugs in PowerTec SCSI-II;
         'List known CDs' option expanded to be sorted (alpha.) or unsorted;
         New CD identifier introduced - 'SmartCode' - much better;
         'Whichdisc' and 'TimeCode' options removed from panel menu;
         Demo version built into (subset of) source of real version;
         Queries ejecting a disc without first saving the listing;
         New CDs are now added to the start of the catalogue, not the end;

 v2.51 : SmartCode improved to better handle 1-track CDs (usually data);
         Basic WWW support added, including SmartaVista search;
         Catalogues are now more strictly checked to simplify web usage;
         Text files can now be dropped into the listing window;
         Martin Ebourne's track sort implimented - smaller, faster, better;

 v2.52 : Minor bug fix in memory save/load now allows v.long memory listings;

 v2.53 : Some menu items moved to 'database' sub-menu;
         Improved error trapping in catalogue import;
         New 'user defined fuzziness' in the old timecode ID system;
         Fixed the SmartCode system to handle single track audio CDs;
         Track, CD title and Playlists can now be up to 255 characters long;
