Comments:
Among many incidents with this agency, I think I have hit them all. Counselors not calling clients when I would call in sick or late. Counslors would tell clients their own versions of stories. After three years with this agency and constant complaints to them, I finally spoke to the owner of the agency Pat Rowe in Feb of '99. It was agreed upon that I can remain with my bank, but switch agencies. (Which is technically not allowed without waiting three months between the switch). Anyway, a letter was written to confirm this agreement. Several months later, I had applied for unemployment, only to be denied b/c custome reported I had quit working for them. When I confronted Pat about this, she was appalled that I had thought differently. When I asked her to produce a copy of the letter which had clearly stated it was agreed that I transfer, I was told the letter was lost, but I'd get a brand new one. Of course, the letter was completely different than originaly written, which I had obtained the preious copy from the new agency. Needless to say...they suck.
