Bon Temps has treated me with the most respect of any temp agency in New York, and I've worked for quite a few since the beginning. Now, I won't work for anyone else. Their staff is wonderful - Jamie and Dave work daytime, Joel at night, Lynn on weekends. They are more loyal to their temps than any other agency I've found, and are willing to take a client's feedback with a grain of salt if they've worked with you a while and know how you are to clients. They pay better than most, too. No bennies, though. They are small, but their core clients give them a lot of business.
