I worked for Quantum for a number of years and want to put in a good word for them. They kept me as busy as I wanted to be. I worked only in law firms and they sent me, with few exceptions, to much better than average clients. I eventually found a good permanent spot through this agency. I was treated with respect and professionalism always, although one person got testy if I crossed him in any way - but this was on the one occasion where I backed out of an assignment I had committed to. I have worked with many agencies over the years (I'm a musician) and feel Quantum was by far the best of the lot. Those with complaints should keep in mind that temp agencies deal with lots of "problem children" (poor work ethic, interpersonal difficulties, etc. etc.). I felt if I met Quantum half-way, they would more than meet me half-way.
