This agency is run by two brothers, Robert and Jeff Klein and seemed to have a personal vendetta against me. The test given was messy and hard to read. Jeff Klein and his office assistant talked loudly and incessantly, making it difficult to concentrate. I was told that I passed the test and would be paid $15 - $17 - $19 per hour for day, eve and midnight work at NYC law firms. This was what a friend of mine also received, but was treated in a normal(for agencies) manner. I was treated like a dog with total disrepect. I was told they weren't getting feedback about me etc., when I only went to one of their clients, for one shift! These two guys and their little girl staff are definetly into some sort of S & M routine and should be avoided at all costs. They started out whinning about me calling in my availability and when I stated that why should I, when they never gave me any work, they went into their bs feedback routine. I have never been treated in such a disrespectfull manner and smarmy way by any New York Agency. It baffled me,until I realized that they were probably discriminating against me for age, plus a very unprofessional dislike. I understand they sold their agency to Delta, but will participate for a while. Beware!
