Comments:

Scum of the earth. Asked me while working for them on a temp assignment with a university to help them put together a bid for a contract from a major corporation. The bid info was 95pgs, and had to be submitted on an excel disk. I was asked to listen to a 90 minute conference call from the corp.(on my lunch break and the univ's time, and put the proposal together in 48hrs. After 2hrs work, the agency decided not to go forward. When I submitted a bill for my time, they balked, and told me that others would have done it for free in order to get work. I insisted on being paid, and stated that I had gotten into trouble at the univ for working on agency business during my temp assignment. They finally paid me, and cancelled my assignment at the university on the same day.
