Asgard Systems, Inc. was officially incorporated in the state of
Delaware on March 23, 1995. Currently a one man operation, Asgard provides
various programming and other computer services on a contract basis.
The Sub-S corporation was dissolved at the end of 2000. However, I still
continue to provide computer consulting services on a contract basis.
