When first Knoppix screen shows up,
hit f2.

Then type

knoppix 2 lang=us

into the "boot" line and hit return.
Wait for Knoppix to boot to root prompt.


Then at the root prompt, type

knx-hdinstall

and answer yes to "Make a swap partition",
and yes to "Install system on 'some partition'".

Answer no to all other questions.

The machine must have a name so
choose one, no funny characters, no
capitals.
