I went to Windhoek (by way of Cape Town, South Africa) in March 1999 to speak at a WIPO Regional Symposium for African Countries on the WIPO Copyright Treaty and the WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty. It was a very short visit, and my luggage was several days behind me for most of the trip. I still haven't gotten around to sending in my film for processing, so pictures will have to wait until then.
